Crafty Catz DT - CAS - No Design Paper

Morning all

Well here we go again. Another Friday and a brand new challenge at Crafty Catz. I can't believe we're in the middle of February already! it's disturbing. Anyway, on with the challenge which has been set by Janette who wants to see CAS - No design Papers this week. We have two amazing sponsors in the form of Sasayaki Glitter and Digital Paper Craft

Prize: an image of winners choice

Prize: 3 images 

I used a lovely image from Sasayaki Glitter called Somebunny loves you 

The image is coloured with promarkers - Dusky Pink, Pastel Pink, Dusky Rose, Buttercup, Cool Grey 1 and Cool Grey 3. 

The background is hand cut and coloured in with Versa Magic Turquoise Gem and Sea Breeze and then base is embossed with holographic glitter. The whole thing is finished with white or black gel pen. 

So there you have it. Hope you like the card and hope you'll come and play over at Crafty Catz.

Crafty Catz DT - Main Colour is Red

Hi everyone! 

Hope you're all well, sorry for being MIA on the commenting recently, I was away on holiday and came back with a stinking cold that left me wiped out. Hope to be back to normal commenting soon though. 

Anyway, we're at another Friday which means a brand new challenge at Crafty Catz and our theme this week was set by Sue who wants to see cards with Red as the main colour which is perfect for all those valentines cards I have no doubt you're all busy making.

So as you can see I went all out on the red. The image is coloured with Dusky Rose, Poppy, Ruby, Burgundy, Gold, Buttercup, Cool Aqua and Dusky Pink. 

Add the sentiment on the computer and used elements from Craft Asylum's Into the Woods 6x6 pad to accent the design and then everything is finished with white gel pen

Wow, where did January go? I can't believe we're in February already, but here we are and with a new challenge over at Crafty Catz. Our theme this week has been set by the lovely Nick who say's Ahoy me Hearties - so we want to see all your pirate themed cards this week.
