Morning all,
How is everyone today? I hope you're all well and keeping warm. It's another white day here - frost that is, not snow! lol! But i'm all wrapped up and off to sew together some mother of pearl hearts in a minute for my stand tomorrow.
But first I wanted to share with you a card I made yesterday. As you'll know, if you visit often, I made a card a couple of weeks ago for our Vicar (and mum's boss). Anyway, he adored it - and the cake, but so did his daughter who apparently got a little bit over excited at this idea of a book card. So has luck would have it she turns 30 this weekend and Paul asked me if I could make her something suitable (without numbers as she doesn't want to feel old!)
So this is what i've done:
I used my sweetpea stamp- Oh how I love this stamp - and matching sentiment, then coloured it with promarkers and the rest is the same as all my book cards.
It's clean and simple but I hope she likes it. As this is a birthday card, I think that I can justify submitting it into the Passion for Promarkers mega challenge of Celebrations.
Hope you all have a wonderful day and i'll be back over the weekend.
Take care and happy crafting
