A little birdy told me

 Morning Everyone

Are you all hiding from the horrible weather like me? I hope you're all warm and safe whatever you're up too. Today's card is a return to the old simplicity I used to do, but with one of two new twists.

The layout is from this weeks sketch and stash challenge which I think will see a lot of use in the future too. The image is from the brand new range at Tiddy Inks - isn't she just the cutest? and coloured with promarkers. The background is hand stamped using white ink and a SU leaf that I've had for a while. The sentiment is computer generated and the button from stash.

I've never tried white ink on Kraft cardstock but I think it's worked really well and I'm so glad I took the chance - it added the extra dimension to the card that I wanted without overwhelming the design the way papers were.

As well as entering this into Sketch and Stash this week, I would also like to enter it into The Pink Elephant - #129 Anything Goes, Tiddly Inks - Any Celebration and Simon Says - New Something (new image and new technique)
