Crafty Catz DT - Anything Goes with the twist of Mainly Green

My image this week is from Dustin Pike and I kept it CAS as it was a note card

The image is coloured with promarkers in Spice, Apricot, Mustard, Canary, Cool Aqua, Apple, Meadow Green and Pear Green. The sentiment is computer generated. The papers are Bo Bunny Back to Basics - Snow Day Stripe and some scrap spotty card. A couple of gems finishes the design.

Crafty Catz DT - Anything Goes with the twist of Doilies

Hello and welcome to the end of another week! which can only mean one thing - another challenge over at Crafty Catz.

Sami kindly gave us all images to use and I chose Braid in my hair

The image is coloured with promarkers in Ivory, Blush, Honeycomb, Apricot, Spice, Cinnamon, Henna, Burnt Orange, Ruby and Burgundy. 

I used Sizzix dies to cut the shape, used x&o ribbon from stash, copper card and rose print paper from stock and finished it with fabric flowers, a red doily and red gems

Crafty Catz DT - Anything Goes with Thoughts of Spring

Morning all! 

What a week! anyone else had one of those groundhog day type weeks were everything goes wrong and then seems to repeat itself every day for the whole week?! that was mine. 

Oh well.  It's Friday, so that means a new challenge over at Crafty Catz. This weeks theme is Anything Goes with the twist of Thoughts of Spring.

Bugaboo do a fabulous range of images which make it so easy to run up an elegant card easily and quickly. I layered this little image on the petals and the image is coloured in Promarkers in Pastel Yellow, Buttercup, Mustard, Canary, Lime Zest, Lime Green, Saffron, Almond, Cool Aqua, Duck Egg, Pumpkin and Ruby. 

The image is layered on a scrap of spotty orange paper and there you have it, clean and sensible.

I coloured the image with promarkers in Blush, Ivory, Gold, Cool Grey 1 and 3 and finished the image with my Whisper brush markers. I used scraps of spotty paper and Bo Bunny's Recipe Card 12x12 to create my card and finished with pearls from stash

Here's to the end of another week and a brand new challenge over at Crafty Catz. This weeks challenge is Anything Goes with the added twist, if you want to play along, of 3 Designer Papers

The image I have used this week is called Victorian Lizabeth

The image was coloured with promarkers in Dusky Rose, Apricot, Terracotta, Oatmeal, Blush, Pear Green and Pastel Pink and I twinned this up with my Whisper Brush Markers. The papers are from Bo Bunny and Basic Grey - Constellation. I used Distress Ink Victorian Velvet and the pearls are from stash.

Anything Goes with the Twitst of a Male Card - Wish Big

Morning all and welcome to the new challenge for Crafty Catz. 

So this weeks theme is - as always - anything goes, but to compliment last weeks challenge, we've got the added twist of a Male Card. We are sponsored this week by Rick St Dennis and the lucky winner will get 3 images of their choice

Now, I made a card with an image we we're kindly donated and I stupidly tried to photograph it late on Tuesday night after I got back from a huge event at work - needless to say, fatigue, photography and a cup of tea are a bad combination and I ruined the card before I managed to snap a pic. 

So instead I'm afraid I've only got a really simple card I made for my Dad's birthday to share with you instead.

The card uses up lots of scraps of paper and card and the edges were inked using Distress Inks in Festive Berries, Wild Honey, Evergreen Bough, Pumice Stone and Vintage Photo. I used some ribbon from stash to bring it all together.

Anything Goes with added twist of a Ladies Card

Morning all

My card this week is coloured using promarkers in Gold, Canary, Pastel Yellow, Duck Egg, Cool Aqua, Sky Blue, Cool Grey 1 and 3, Almond, Dusky Rose, Lilac, Apple and Honeycomb. I also used some metallic pens just to add some shine, 

I mounted the image on hammered blue card and added a strip of Gold just to add some shimmer.
